TS Yoga

TS stands for trainSANE and for True Strength Yoga. This is a yoga practice that anyone can do, that will improve strength and flexibility and challenge people of all levels of fitness. Special attention is placed on details of each pose to strengthen, not just the large “prime mover” muscles but the smaller muscles that support and stabilize joints and improve posture and function. There are no rapid or extreme movements or heated rooms so participants can transition back to work without a major grooming event!
